25% of our workforce, which hasn't been replaced(and won't be).
Our CEO.
Our CFO(twice).
Our CIO.
Our VP for HR.
Most of our Directors.
The place is a fucking tomb.
And yes, the job market is shitty. Maybe I should try to go into medecine or law.
Whatever.
Show us your resume, we'll do our best to help.

I'm asking because, I know you're young but you should *really* push your experience to the top. Integrate your attributes *with* your experience.
And supply numbers.
For example, you list you were an application programmer. What kind of applications? What platform? What was the goal? Did you create anything that was used outside the firm or was it for internal use?
Then, quantify the success your participation had on the organization.
Our project application saved Niro $xxxx in shipping/operations/hr/networking/web(etc..whatever ad nauseum).
Or...
The project applications created at Niro sold more than any application in the history of the organization, exceeding expectations by xx%.
Or...
XXXX firm/organization/institution provided our Niro application with xxxx award for usability/stability/operations advantages.
This way, you're quantifying what you learned in a business setting, rather than simply stating you learned skills in a void.
I like your objective. Especially the "your".
Your education could shrink. Simply play with the fonts so that you don't have this big drag of gpa. Oh, and I'd remove PSP. I know that you're probably fond of placing that skill but:
A. It doesn't match most of your skillset and employers will be skeptical.
B. It doesn't carry the weight of a Photoshop or Flash. Many business ppl simply know PS. They have no clue what PSP is.
C. Without any serious graphics experience, like in a ad firm or with a portfolio, or with a web/print certification(ala Adobe cert), the PSP won't help you.

The problem is that I don't know how much $$ it saved niro, as the project has yet to be finished. So I really can't say.
But I could probably quantify more info in the job history section.

Good idea I think

That sounds wise to me, I shall remove it.
I have put together what entails a "Functional Resume" as opposed to a "Chronological" Resume. The Chronological resume is more traditional where you lead with your experience, but mine are meager so it was recommended by more than one site to lead with education.

Uhm, and most people know *exactly* what effects they've had on a system?
Listen, you can be a techie all you want, ONCE YOU GET THE JOB. But to *get* the job, you need to think like businessman. Sell your @$$.
You don't know exactly what Niro's app. has brought in? Fine. Hasn't been released? Fine.
Then list how much bigger the budget for this app is than any other. Estimate a percent.
List how many other features it has over others. List a percent.
List estimated earnings. List numbers.
Keep track of how it does and THEN list the performance.
Capice?
