Dorm room shenanigans.
One year, a guy in the room next to mine got severely ripped and passed out cold. Some of his friends then duct-taped him to his bed, shaved off half of his beard & moustache (left side, IIRC) and used markers to draw druid-like patterns all over his face.

It would be nice, but it would require a major restructuring of how the board is set up... the best thing is just to resize pictures down to something a bit more rational in the first place...
