Thinking into the future a bit, My current machine which has Office2000 installed and will probably be relegated to a tertiary status as a crossplatform workstation running 98/Linux/Beos within the next 9 months. It's a BX based system after all :)

Office2000 requires registration to operate after the 50th activation to prevent piracy (as I'm sure you are all aware of) this begs the question, how do I go about transfering it to a new machine?

I think having it on both machines at once would be software piracy. But uninstalling it from one machine and installing it on another might not be.*

That's what I intend to do. I won't need office on this machine at all and I intend on uninstalling it completely.

How does one transfer Office to another Machine
