Ok, this 'thing' started with a runny nose almost exactly a week ago. Since then it has degraded into difficulty in breathing, huge amounts of mucus and now, a wonderfully deep hacking cough that gives me a killer of a headache.

Somehow I survived the sudden change in temperature without getting sick. Even though I've spent a lot of time outside.

I'm still sick as well. Particularly bad flu/cold hybrid thingy that leaves me with about as much energy as a ninety eight year-old grandmother with half a lung and no legs.

In the morning, when I cough to spit up the morning phlegm, it comes out dark blood red. That's really encouraging.

Today I'm back at work. Yay! And hardly anyone else is here, so I have to do all the tech support calls! Double-yay! (cough, hack)

Excuse me while I roll over and die.

not to raise any false alarms, but being extremely tierd and coughing up anything bloody might mean that you have cancer. Thats a bad thing, obviously.

So anyway go get your self checked out and let us know if you're okay. If you're not, AYB and I shall do some naked 'make jeremy feel better' dance around a bonfire for seven days begining on the crest of the full moon. Then you shall be cured of all your ills!
