However, if I am ever worthy of a custom title, I think I'll use "Merciless dictator" from the previous sig. Does the Titlemaster approve?

I approve of your custom title choice, so long as you capitalize the D in Dictator.
But Reimer is the one who grants ku$+0/\/\ +1+|_3$, not me. He has to notice your request before he can grant it.
