My next crapplet. I hadn't practiced in a week and so I did what Pizza said:

I practiced.

This app takes a form and writes it to a blank HTML file.

Simple.

Don't try the upload as:

A. I haven't gotten it to work. Enctype is still confusing me because most ppl use use an .inc file or a .pl file to set the acceptance parameters for the MIME of the file.

B. It might crash your browser.

After they are installed, they maybe the best dollar=value sound card on the market.

Plus, they work flawlessly with 2000.
