What the hell is the deal with EricNKrout? I leave work Friday at noon, with the battlefront looking its usual so-so mess, and tonight I return to this t00l spreading trolls from here to hell and back. I don't get it.

It is time Ceaser realized that sometimes an Iron Fist gets results. Show teh unwashed masses your power, ban swaths of subnets, and future detractors of our fair phorum may curse and gnash their teeth as their stupid brand of "fun" is forever banished. I say this because for all the happy and big talk of last week, Youdabeetch still managed to post today, in addition to this waste of skin EricNKrout.

The trouble with tolerance is people expect you to extend it to the intolerable.

In the past, I've mentioned that perhaps it might be a good idea to prevent posting new topics in BF until you have already posted x number of posts (where x is defined by someone on high).  This would, presumably, mean that the poster knows that the other forums exist and why they exist.

Hopefully this would stop or at least staunch the flow of these newbies who come in and only troll, and reduce the number of SC/Mojo/LKF/SB topics that get posted in BF that should obviously not be there.  At least, that was my hope and intention.

But yeah, I was thinking the same thing as HS: I was away from Sun-Tuesday, just to come back and see the BF littered with locked threads because of some new (supposedly /.-inspired) troll.  Ugh.
