It's not going to happen.

There is some room for additional ranks (Fleet Admiral, the hilarious Rear Admiral, Commodore, etc) but it might require changing the ranking scores.  But it's low priority at the moment.

StarWars ranks would be sucktacular, and as The Man said, it's low priority.

We don't need more ranks, in my opinion, until we have at least 5 Admirals, maybe more. And that won't happen for a while. But this is only my opinion.
