Need a good, free FTP client for Classic MacOS

Now that I have my old Apple Laser in working order, I need to set up my old Mac as a print server so my XP and 2000 boxes can print to it.  I'd rather not buy "Dave" for $150 if I can help it, so I am trying to set up NetBSD or PPCLinux or something else to do it.

I need to of course, sacrifice chickens and download a utility that will allow me to fart with OpenFirmware to facilitate the instalation of NetBSD on this thing.  The Complexity of this thing is pissing me off.

Well, to download this utility I think I need an FTP client as clicking on the link gives me a port error.

Any suggestions, or is this whole endeavor futile?

I really fucking hate that aspect of Macs. I can't install NetBSD on ANY of the Macs I have. The Portable doesn't have an MMU, my Performa doesn't have OF, and my 7200's have 601's, which aren't supported yet. Shit.

(And reading the install docs make me cringe. Yuck! All this for an old PPC?)

I prefer Transmit.  But I'm not sure if it will let you do all that fancy stuff.
