You know what I hate?

When you go take a piss, and you're finished, and you're all done, you wipe up thorougly, and then walk away, and it's like, there's some extra piss leaking out!  Where did it come from!  It makes it more difficult to walk around naked all day.

Would you rather they kept staff they couldn't afford, with the result that they folded, ensuring that /everyone/ loses their jobs, not just 1200-1300 people?

Probably they COULD afford those 1200 people, but they just wanted to boost the stock options for the top executives.

You hit the nail right on the head Jeremy.

Pet projects within the company, pet projects of upper management got tonnes of funding (one project to the tune of about 120 million bucks, and the project failed, after I warned when we first started it, that it would not work the way they wanted it to... lets not mention the 5 Sun E10Ks we bought that I beat with 2 Compaq DL580's doing the same f'n thing).

While thus far I did not get hit in this layoff, I had quite a few work friends that did.

I was rather indignant about the state of the IT sector, based on my job search of the past 12 months.

Though Jeremy's "drip" issue is another hot-button topic. ;)

One thing I hate is how current radio stations play the same songs/bands over and over.  And over.  And over.  Repeat ad nauseum.  Makes me glad I have a CD player in the car, but that doesn't help when I wanna hear something new.

1) I hate that I haven't found a job or a girlfriend.
2) I hate stupidity in all forms.
3) I hate that I seem to be working my ass off and not getting anywhere fast.
4) I hate that idiots seem to be in charge most everywhere.
5) I hate *nix. Oh wait, I just repeated #2...

I hate the fact that I own 2 cars, and have to borrow my parents  car to drive to work.

I also hate all and any form of school.

I hate how after sex or masturbation, when you take a piss, it sometimes comes out in >=2 streams with a 5-15% chance that all these streams make it into the bowl.

Oh, I also hate how the water from the bowl sometimes splashes onto my pants...why!!!!!

I hate how I sometimes have to press my ass against the cool ring so that the above 2 scenarios don't happen.
