I've downloaded a Loonix distro. I have been unsucessful in burning it. How do I do this with Nero?

If you got an ISO file, then File -> Burn Image. The default settings should work fine.

That is all I did. With both RedHat and Mandrake... copied down the ISO, opened up Nero, when to File, and Burn ISO. Works great.
