My windshield has been replaced. I went out there sunday morning and it was all honeycombed.  It looked like it was a fracture that started from teh side and spread rapidly over a couple of days.

:(

Anyway, AYB is allright.

1) A crack formed when I closed the door along the leftmost rim of the glass.  That would have happened on Thursday. I didn't need the car until Sat morning.  During that time we had two rains, freezes, and thaughings.  The pattern looked like it came to a point of inflection in that general area and webbing quickly spread out.

2) Same as above but the initial fracture was caused by a rock, though there was no pit at impact point.  just the crossing of fractures and a small shard was missing

3) Some punk hit it with a fist or something.
