Slight correction: All levels above WAAV are not automatic and never have been. Teh Imperator has to assign them manually, but since he is by all accounts a very busy man, he may take a while. I for example was not promoted to Ars Centurion until about 20 days after my 1st Arsiversary.
This is why there are threads in the Lounge asking new Centurions and Praetorians to call in.
Note: Anyone know how many Senators there are? I think the number is less than 20. I wonder why they were all bestowed that honor.

What I should've said is that you're eligible for Centurion after your 2-year anniversary, and if you have >365 posts, with the caveat that it has to be done manually by the higher-ups -- but I was being lazy and didn't want to type that all out. ;)
