It's highly likely at this point, I will be no more....
Thanks to Peter for the help on the thread.

I'll read it later.

It turns out, or at least it looks like, hes ragging on using the ddr ibm in a server, and having problems with it.
While I posted using it in 98, on a 950 MHz athlon, with 512 ram.
The moderators claim I misrepresent what I said about one of their comments. Davin calls me a joke, because I don't
think their new program is finalized, which it isn't, and he uses a troll called false light, where he says I said something I never did, and then condemns me for it.
I said I don't value any benchmarks, and they said I was saying I knew about their new benchmark, and didn't.
Whatever.
It looks like a Battlefront thread.

It looks like a Battlefront thread.
With the way the Battlefront has been lately I'm inclined to agree with you.
We need Lord Baldrick back at Ars so that the Battlefront is fun again and not the putrescent cesspool of misery and despair that it has been for several months.

I don't think LB ever made the BF fun either.
HERETIC! BURN HIM! DIE, FOUL BEAST OF HELL!
Actually, LB's presence was the pinnacle of comedy in the Battlefront. I swear he made the place so fucking funny with his commentary; and cynical catchphrases; and alarmingly fast posting rate. Pure genius; or madness; not completely certain which.
When he left the Battlefront really went downhill; it has yet to recover from the loss.

Still, it's funny, but after all my battles with Paul Hill, and PeterB, I've come to really enjoy their dry wit, their willingness to help novices, like me, and, I even find
myself valuing the presence of such full on MSFT trolls as PDampier.
Plus, it's fun being able to ask questions like,
Dampier, why did you guys take domain functions out of
Home XP? and, knowing I might actually get an intelligent, well thought out answer, from people that make those decisions.
It's also taught me to be more tolerant of peoples little lies, posturing, etc.
I guess it just takes time...and learning
